Apne clients import kijiye

Aap kisi aur app ya spreadsheet se apne clients import kar sakte hain, aur unhen import karna free hai.

Start karne se pehle: Business owner ya staff jo Settings open kar sakte hain.

Steps

  1. Apna client list ko apna old app se CSV file mein export kar dijiye.
  2. Phone mein Settings (More, phir Settings) open kijiye. "Integrations" par tap kijiye, phir "Import my data".
  3. File pick karo. Kitne rows hain, usmen kya hai, aur kaun si app se aaya hai, ye type kijiye. Agreement ke end tak scroll karo, box tick karo, phir "Sign & upload" par tap karo.
  4. Agar aap "Match your columns" dekhte hain, toh har column ko match karo aur 5 rows check karo. Phir Petboard aapke clients ko import kar leta hai.
  5. Agar aap "We have your file" dekhte hain, toh petboard ise ek working day mein import kar leta hai.

Agar yah work nahi karta hai,

  • Columns match karna hard hai: "Import it for me" par tap karo. Petboard ise ek working day mein import kar leta hai.
