Apna intake form change kar lijiye

Aap apna intake form khud ke questions add karke ya jo section aapko zaroori nahi hai, use off karke change kar sakte hain.

Start karne se pehle: Business owner ya staff jo Settings open kar sakte hain.

Steps

  1. Phone mein Settings (More, phir Settings) open kijiye. "Intake" par tap kijiye. Agar aap ek se zyada services offer karte hain, toh pehle service par tap kijiye.
  2. Question add karne ke liye, "Custom Fields" mein jaiye. "Household Questions" ya "Per-Pet Questions" ke neeche, add button par tap kijiye.
  3. Question type kijiye aur ek type pick kijiye. Clients ko answer karna hai, toh "Required" tick kar dijiye. Phir "Add Field" par tap kijiye.
  4. Section, jaise Training, ko stop karne ke liye, uska "On" button "Off" kar do. Apne question ko remove karne ke liye, uske next wale X par tap karo.
  5. Apne changes rakhne ke liye "Save Changes" par tap kijiye.

Agar yah work nahi karta hai,

  • Client ke hisab se form check karna hai: Settings open kijiye, "Messages" par tap kijiye, phir "Preview what clients see" par.
