Vaccine aur appointment reminders bhejeiye

Petboard aapko dikhaata hai ki kis client ko vaccine ya appointment reminder chahie, aur aap har ek client ko apne WhatsApp se send kar dete hain.

Steps

  1. Vaccines ke liye, Clients open karo (phone par: More, then Clients) aur "Reminders" par tap karo. Next 30 days mein due ya overdue pets "Vaccinations due" ke under hain.
  2. "Review & send" par tap kijiye. Message check karo, phir "Send via WhatsApp" par tap karke send karo.
  3. Petboard par vapas aao aur "Mark sent" par tap karo. Phir card par "Sent today" dikh jaayega.
  4. Aap client ko kisi booking ke bare mein, jaise groom, time ke saath bhi remind kar sakte hain. Phone par "More" open karo, phir "Schedule" mein "Today" tap karo. 3 hours pehle se, yah "Due in the next 3 hours" mein show hota hai.
  5. "Remind" par tap karo aur usi tarah send kar do. Agar vaccine date wrong hai, toh card par "Edit dates" par tap karo.

Agar yah work nahi karta hai,

  • Client ko koi reminder nahi mila: Petboard apne aap reminders nahi bhejta. Aap apne WhatsApp se har ek message bhejte hain.
  • Aap schedule mein "Today" nahi dekh rahe hain: Yah grooming aur pet-sitting services ke liye show hota hai, ya jab "Staff Management" on ho aur aapne staff add kar liya ho.
