Download your data

Download all your business data from petboard as one zip file.

Before you start: The business owner, or staff who can open Settings.

Steps

1. Open Settings (on a phone: More, then Settings). Tap "Compliance & Data".
2. Go to "Data & Privacy". Under "Download all my data", tap "Download zip".
3. Wait while the button says "Preparing zip…". For a big business this can take a few minutes.
4. Open the zip file. It has several spreadsheet (CSV) files, for example one for clients and one for pets. Open them in Excel or Google Sheets.
