How to set up petboard and run your day in it, one step at a time.

Set up your business

Set up your business in petboard by typing its name, your WhatsApp number and your main service.

  1. On "Your business", type your "Business name (or your name)" and your "WhatsApp number". Clients see this name on your messages.
  2. Under "What is your main service?", tap one service. Under "Pets you accept", Dog is already picked. Tap any other pet you take.
  3. Answer "Moving from another app, Excel or a register?". "Also offer (optional)", the price and "City (optional)" can stay empty.

If this does not work

  • You run a vet clinic: tap "Running a vet clinic? Set up your clinic instead." before you tap "Next".
