Share your intake form

Share your intake form so clients fill in their pet’s details, and their requests go to Intake.

Steps

  1. Open Intake. Under "Share with clients", tap "Other links", then "Share" next to "Intake form".
  2. Tap "Send on WhatsApp" and pick the client. Or tap "Copy link" and paste it anywhere.
  3. Send it to your own WhatsApp first to see what clients get.

If this does not work

  • You do not see "Share with clients". First, open the Intake page. At the top of Intake, tap "Requests". Then look again.
  • A client sent the form, but you cannot find it: open Intake and tap "Requests".
