Use the Getting Started list

The "Getting Started" list on your Dashboard shows which setup steps are left, and none of them are required.

Steps

  1. Open your Dashboard. If "Getting Started" shows as one line, tap "Show".
  2. Tap a step, or its button, to do it.
  3. When one of your services has a price, petboard puts a tick next to "Set your rates". When you have a booking, petboard puts a tick next to "Add your first pet & booking".
  4. "Share your intake link" ticks when you send or copy your link, or a client sends a form. "Send your first photo update" ticks when you send one.
  5. The list goes away when every step is ticked.

If this does not work

  • You do not see "Getting Started": it shows every day in your first 30 days. After that, it shows only on a day with no pets in your care and no pets arriving.
