Dates fix karo ya booking cancel kar do

Pet ke card se Bookings page par, dates fix karo ya boarding ya daycare booking cancel karo.

Steps

  1. Open bookings, pet find karo aur "Show details" tap karo. "Edit dates" par tap karo, dates change karo, phir "Save" par tap karo.
  2. Agar pet check-in ho jata hai, toh sirf check-out date hi change ho sakti hai. Check-in date change karne ke liye, pehle "Undo check-in" par tap karo.
  3. Agar booking start nahi hui hai, toh "Cancel" par tap karo, phir "Cancel booking".
  4. Check-in kiye gaye pet ke liye cancel karne ke liye, bin icon par tap karo, phir "Cancel booking".

Agar yah work nahi karta hai,

  • Aapko kisi client ko refund karna hai, ya kisi invoice ya credit note ko change karna hai: petboard team se puchhiye.
