Questions
How do recurring weekly bookings work?
Pick the days of the week and a date range. petboard creates a visit for each day. You can edit, skip, or extend any visit without breaking the rest.
Can different staff handle the same pet across the week?
Yes. Per-visit assignment. The Monday handler can be different from the Wednesday handler on the same recurring booking. Each visit logs who was on duty.
How do parents pay for a daycare punch card?
Set up a combo package (e.g. 10 days for ₹X). Parents pay upfront. Each visit decrements the balance. The parent stay page shows what is left.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Parents get a link that opens in their browser. They see the schedule, photos, and balance without installing anything.
How many pets can I manage?
Solo plan covers up to 5 active pets per month at ₹199/mo, Growth covers up to 20 per month at ₹499/mo, Pro is unlimited at ₹999/mo. Most daycares run between Growth and Pro.
Does petboard generate GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in Settings and every checkout renders as a Rule-46 Tax Invoice with CGST/SGST breakdown, SAC code, sequential invoice number, and amount in words. No GSTIN, no problem. petboard generates a simple bill.
What if a parent cancels Tuesday but keeps the rest of the week?
Skip a single visit without breaking the recurring pattern. Refund or carry-forward, your call.
