Built for multi-brand operators

One login. Multiple pet brands. One set of numbers.

For operators running 2 or more pet businesses under one ownership: a boarding facility plus a retail shop, an academy with branches, a holding entity over child brands. Each brand keeps its own GSTIN, branding, and intake. You get one login, one staff system, and a consolidated P&L.

Problems multi-brand operators told us about

Stitching 2 or 3 separate accounts, one per brand
One login, multiple brand accounts under it. Switch brands from a dropdown, no re-login, no shared password gymnastics.
Each brand has its own GSTIN, but the tool only allows one
Each brand keeps its own GSTIN, legal name, address, invoice series. Tax invoices render on the right brand letterhead automatically.
Staff working across brands lose context every time they switch
Role-based access per brand. A manager can have full rights at Brand A and read-only at Brand B, all from the same login.
A parent uses two of your brands and the systems do not know
Unified pet roster across brands, with per-brand opt-in for cross-brand visibility. Care notes follow the pet if you allow it.
Monthly P&L means Excel-stitching exports from each brand
Per-brand P&L, consolidated holding-entity P&L. Switch with one toggle. Export per brand or rolled up.
Intake links and parent-facing surfaces all look like one company
Each brand keeps its own logo, colors, intake link, stay-page URL. Parents only see the brand they booked with.
No single calendar across brands when staff are shared
Cross-brand calendar view filters by brand, by staff, or shows the whole portfolio. Optional, off by default.

What you get

Self-serve module ships May to June 2026. Available today via Enterprise engagement: I set up your brands, GSTINs, and roles by hand so you go live in days, not weeks.

One Login, Many Brands
Each owner has one petboard login. From there, switch into any brand you own or manage. No re-auth, no separate emails.
Per-Brand GSTIN
Each brand carries its own GSTIN, legal name, address, invoice prefix, and SAC defaults. Rule-46 invoices render on the correct letterhead.
Per-Brand Branding
Logo, colors, contact details, stay-page URL set independently for each brand. Parent-facing surfaces stay clean.
Role-Based Staff Access
Owner, Manager, Caretaker, Sitter. Assign roles per brand, per user. Same staff, different permissions across brands.
Unified Pet Roster
Pets and parents stay tied to a household across brands. Cross-brand visibility is opt-in per brand and per pet.
Consolidated Reporting
Per-brand P&L for daily ops. Holding-entity rollup for the whole portfolio. Export either view to PDF or Excel.
Cross-Brand Calendar
See your full portfolio in one calendar, or filter to one brand. Shared staff across brands stop being invisible.
Per-Brand Intake Links
Each brand has its own intake URL. Parents land on the brand they meant to book. No mixed-brand confusion.

Questions

Is the multi-brand Accounts module shipped today, or on the roadmap?
Honest answer: it is in active development with a design partner, with full self-serve module shipping May to June 2026. If you have 2 or more brands today, we onboard you via Enterprise engagement now: I set up your brands, GSTINs, and roles by hand, you start running, and you migrate to the self-serve module the day it ships at no extra cost.
How is this different from just opening 2 separate petboard accounts?
Two accounts means two logins, two passwords, separate pet rosters, separate billing, separate staff lists, and Excel for any cross-brand view. Multi-brand is one login, one staff system, optional shared pet data, and one consolidated P&L. The whole point is that 2 brands stop feeling like 2 unrelated tools.
Each brand has its own GSTIN. Can the tool handle that?
Yes. Each brand stores its own GSTIN, legal name, registered address, invoice series, and SAC code defaults. When a parent checks out at Brand A, the invoice renders with Brand A details. Brand B uses Brand B details. CGST or IGST splits follow the brand state of supply, not the holding entity.
Can my staff work across brands without separate logins?
Yes. One staff invite, one login. You assign their role per brand. A caretaker can have full caretaker rights at Brand A and zero access at Brand B. They see only what you grant.
What about a parent who boards at Brand A and grooms at Brand B?
You decide. By default, brands stay isolated and the parent shows up as a separate record at each brand. You can opt-in to a unified household view across the brands you own, and the parent only sees the brand they booked with.
How does pricing work for 2 or more brands?
Pro tier ₹999/mo plus the Accounts module ₹999/mo covers 2 brands at ₹1,998/mo. Each additional brand pays its own tier (₹199, ₹499, or ₹999/mo) based on size. If you run 3 or more brands or want white-glove migration and SLAs, talk to me about an Enterprise bundle with custom pricing.
How does this compare with Pettle or Happy Pet Tech for chains?
Pettle was single-account, single-GSTIN. Operators with 2 or 3 brands ran 2 or 3 Pettle accounts and hand-stitched the math. Happy Pet Tech is also single-account today. petboard is being built multi-brand from the architecture up, with a real design partner using it for their portfolio.
Can I migrate my existing data from 2 separate tools?
Yes. Enterprise engagement includes white-glove import. Send me your CSVs, Excel files, or exports from your current tools. I map them to brands, parents, pets, and bookings and load them in. You keep your history.
