Questions
I run a salon with 3 groomers. Will the calendar handle that?
Yes. The today view gives every groomer a swim lane. You see the full day across staff on one screen. Drag a booking to a different lane to reassign if someone calls in sick.
What about mobile groomers driving between appointments?
Block your travel time as a calendar entry between visits and the day-view will respect it. A dedicated travel-buffer setting is on the roadmap once mobile groomers are in our beta.
Can parents book directly?
Yes. Share your intake link. Parents pick a service variant, pick a slot, fill in their pet. The booking lands on your calendar.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Everything runs in the browser. Intake, booking, photos, receipts. They get a link, they tap it, done.
How do photo updates work?
Take a before shot, take an after shot. Tap share. WhatsApp opens with the parent thread. Send. The photos sit in WhatsApp with the parent, not on our servers.
Does petboard generate GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in Settings and every checkout renders as a Rule-46 Tax Invoice with CGST/SGST breakdown, SAC code, sequential invoice number, and amount in words. No GSTIN, no problem. petboard generates a simple bill.
