How many pets can I manage?
The Pro plan supports unlimited active pets. Most facilities on petboard run 10-40 pets. We have operators running larger setups too.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Staff get magic links. No app download, no login credentials to manage. They open the link, see their tasks, upload photos, log check-ins.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Parents get a link that opens in their browser. They see stay details, photos, and care timeline without installing anything.
Can I track payments?
Yes. Set per-night rates, apply discounts, add line items (grooming, pickup, special meals). Track deposits and outstanding balances.
What about board+train?
Fully supported. A pet can be in both boarding and training modules simultaneously. One dashboard, one timeline, one parent view.
Is it free?
Free during beta. Tier pricing starts at Rs 199/month (Solo), Rs 499/month (Growth), Rs 999/month (Pro) after that.
Does petboard generate GST-compliant invoices?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in Settings and every checkout bill renders as a Rule-46 Tax Invoice with CGST/SGST breakdown, SAC code, sequential invoice number, and amount in words. If you are not GST-registered, petboard generates a simple bill instead.
