How many dogs can I manage?
The Pro plan supports unlimited active dogs. Most facilities on petboard run 10-40 dogs. We have operators running larger setups too.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Staff get magic links — no app download, no login credentials to manage. They open the link, see their tasks, upload photos, log check-ins.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Parents get a link that opens in their browser. They see stay details, photos, and care timeline without installing anything.
Can I track payments?
Yes. Set per-night rates, apply discounts, add line items (grooming, pickup, special meals). Track deposits and outstanding balances.
What about board+train?
