What do pet parents see?
They fill an intake form once, then receive WhatsApp updates from your own number. Stay details, photos, and training progress open through a branded link in their browser. No app download required.
Can petboard handle multiple service types?
Yes. One dashboard manages boarding, daycare, training, grooming, pet park, pool, pet sitting, sitter coordination, and retail. Combined board + train bookings appear in both modules simultaneously. Time-slot bookings (grooming, pool, pet park) sit on the same calendar as overnight stays.
How does parent-operator messaging work?
WhatsApp-native. Photos and videos flow through your own WhatsApp number, never through petboard's storage. Parents reply on WhatsApp as they already do.
What does petboard replace?
