Founder Pricing

The first 50 operators who sign up get their tier price locked forever. This page explains exactly what that means, what it covers, and how founder privileges work as petboard adds new features over time.

The three founder tiers

You pick a tier at signup based on how many active dogs you run. Your chosen tier's price is locked forever. It never goes up for you, even as we add features or raise prices for new customers.

  • Solo ₹199/mo. Up to 5 active dogs. Home boarders, independent trainers, pet sitters.
  • Growth ₹499/mo. Up to 20 active dogs. Boarding facilities, training centers, daycares.
  • Pro ₹999/mo. Unlimited dogs. High-volume operations and sitter networks running across cities.

What's included in your founder tier

Every feature on our landing page, on each /for/* persona page, and on /how-it-works as of the date you signed up is covered by your tier price. That frozen list is our scope promise.

Examples of what's included: intake forms, WhatsApp photo/video updates, parent stay pages, training progress tracking, payment tracking, peak/seasonal pricing, care schedules, staff magic links, sitter matching, kennel slot grid, incident log, morning digest emails, DPDP compliance, data export/deletion. Plan changes within tiers. Move Solo → Growth → Pro any time. You pay the founder rate for the tier you're on. Move back down, same rule: your original tier's founder rate is still locked if you return to it.

Premium modules (add-ons)

Some capabilities are substantial enough that we build them as separate premium modules. These are not included in any tier price. They activate as add-ons on top of your tier, priced at their list price when they launch. List price applies to everyone, including founders. Your founder tier base price stays locked regardless.

  • • Retail / point-of-sale: SKU + inventory + vendors + sell-flow. For operators who sell pet products in-store.
  • • Accounts + multi-role: multi-brand accounts + role-based staff permissions (Owner / Manager / Caretaker / Sitter).
  • • Future premium capabilities will be added here as they ship.

Pricing for each module publishes when the module launches. You choose whether to activate. Modules aren't bundled by default. If you want bundled pricing across multiple modules or custom scope, that's the Enterprise path below. Quarterly or annual engagement with custom pricing.

What happens when the 50 founder spots fill

Once slot 51 is taken, founder pricing closes. Customers from that point on sign up at retail pricing, which will likely be higher than the founder tier rates. Your founder rate stays locked regardless of what we charge new customers.

We haven't pre-committed to a specific retail number. We'll decide closer to the moment the spots fill based on real operator signal.

Multi-location / custom scope (Enterprise)

If you run multi-location operations, need white-glove migration off another tool, or want scope beyond what Pro tier covers. We handle that as a custom engagement. Pricing scales with scope; payment terms are quarterly or annual.
