What happens to my data on Pettle?
We don't know what Pettle's data export or retention policy looks like post-shutdown. If you can export your client list now, do it. We'll import whatever you have — spreadsheet, CSV, even a screenshot of your client list.

Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Parents get a link that opens in their browser. They can see stay details, care updates, and training progress without downloading anything.
